Forwarding expenses portion
Cash on delivery is not possible for supply outside of Germany.

Our forwarding expenses are set on current forwarding expenses by DHL.
For supplies within Germany we compute only 6.90 euro per package to 10kg, > 10<20kg only 9.90 Euro and >20<30kg only 13.90 Euro. Orders above a total of 100.00 Euro we supply free of costs only within Germany.

For supplies outside of Germany we compute after current DHL list.



Minimum purchase order value
There is no Minimum purchase order value

Prices:
For errors with the quotations we do not take over adhesion.
Deliveries to foreign markets: For deliveries within the EU (european union) at the present we add the legal tax of the Federal Republic of Germany. Orders from without the EU we shorten the total amount around the German value added tax contained in it. Please consider the import regulations for your country and give informations to us regardin possivle characteristics of the import regulations, so that we can consider this in the context of our possibilites. We transfer no adhesion for delivered commodity, which the customer has not might order in this connection also. We also do not stand in for costs of any kind, e.g. tariff -, possibly resulting with the supply, storage fees, etc..

How you can pay
In principle there are the following payment possibilities with us:
1. by transfer with PayPal or Moneybookers.
2. by money-order (only within the EU).
3. by credit card or other cards or payment-methods: With Moneybookers or PayPal you can select the kinds of paying methods mentioned there. We do not guarantee the availability of the appropriate payment method for your country concerning.
4. by cash on delivery: We offer cash on delivery only within Germany. We compute expenses at a value of 15,00 euro for the cash on delivery.
5. by directpay24 (where available): This payment method is not available everywhere. Please inform yourself about the conditions with this link.

Supply
We supply on the fastest way by parcel service or post office - usually within fewer days. Naturally we do not have always all articles available. Always we will be able to avoid delivery times. In such cases we can implement your order also in partial deliveries. If you do not wish this, you should note this in your order expressly.

Other
Our offer is not-binding. Deviations from the illustrations and indicated can occur. For the treatment of your order we store your address and the data relating to orders. We commit ourselves naturally to a comprehensive protection of your personal data according to the regulations of the Federal Law for Data Protection (s. also under "Privacy Notice"). Beyond that we assure to you to not pass your address data onto third. The supply contracts closed with us are subject to supply in all cases, also with foreign contact, i.e. order out and/or abroad, the German right. As far as both Contracting Parties are full buyers, the district court Waiblingen is considered as area of jurisdiction.
